29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, and were not protected by protective helmets. On or about August 25, 2022 employees were exposed to a struck by falling object hazard by working beneath brick laying operations without protective helments.
