29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: a) Worksite - On or about August 9, 2022, Employees were performing tree removal tasks on an unoccupied residential property that had no energized electrical service. and a total of six employees were onsite and the employer had not provided toilet facilities for employee use. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
