29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about July 29, 2022 - stockroom exit route, employees were exposed to fire hazards when the aisle in the center of the stockroom was blocked by a rolling conveyor. (b) On or about July 29, 2022 - stockroom exit route, the door marked as an exit from the store into the stockroom had a buggy blocking it inside the stockroom. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500040, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/13/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3485 N. Lecanto Highway, Beverly Hills, FL 34465.
