29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. [63 FR 33450, June 18, 1998] At an establishment located at 5406 County Road R Manitowoc, WI employees were exposed to corrosive battery acid while filling batteries with water without an eye wash station being located within the work area for immediate emergency use.
