29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Goldthreads, Inc., 134 Avocado St., Springfield, MA: On or about 8/03/22, an extinguisher was located behind a door that had material stacked in front of that door and it was not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible. Goldthreads, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.157 (c) 1, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1571865 citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 6/1/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 134 Avocado St, Springfield.
