1926.501(b)(1) "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 1355 Mill Creek Rd, Southampton, PA 18966 - On or about July 20, 2022, employees were performing roofing work, approximately 20 feet above grade, without utilizing an appropriate means of fall protection. Y&J Arthur Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1246804, Citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 9, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 23 Binsted Drive, Medford, NJ 08055
