29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5):Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit must be marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g., closet). (a) On or about August 16th 2022, the East wall of warehouse 4, by the compactor was not marked "not an exit". A 16" obstruction projected into the opening of this potential exit (b) On or about August 16th 2022, in Warehouse 7, bay 24, a non exit was marked as a an exit route with floor markings. (c) On or about August 16th, 2022, the Furnace 1 roof discharge door was not marked "not an exit" (d) On or about August 17th, 2022, the refractory storage door, inside of the machine repair shop, was easily confused as an exit, but was not marked to indicate that it was not.
