29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. This employer continues to fail to ensure employees are protected from common hazards found in residential construction by initiating and maintaining safety programs while framing a new build residential house. The most recent incident of such failure occurred on or before July 20, 2022, at a worksite located at 134 Chapman Drive, Lot 324, Pataskala, Ohio 43062: the employer failed to initiate and maintain an effective safety and health program to ensure that hazards were identified and corrected onsite while employees performed framing work. Clarence M. Brigner III was previously cited for a Willful violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1544329, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/28/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 115 Beaman Gates Drive, Lot 273, Pataskala, Ohio 43062. Clarence M.
