29 CFR 1910.266(i)(10)(i): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (i) of this section by preparing a written certification record containing the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer: (a) On or about July 19, 2022, 985 Bluff City Road, Somerville, AL, the employer did not verify compliance with training required by paragraph (i) of 29 CFR 1910.266 for training such as, but not limited to, first-aid training, CPR training, safe use of machinery/equipment/tools, safe performance of work tasks, recognition of hazards associated with the logging industry, or procedures required at the worksite.
