29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. On or about July 15, 2022, the employer failed to maintain an adequate safety and health program to address fall protection during sheathing/framing activities. Pasato Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1411199, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 14, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at IOT 240, 3561 Switchgrass Court, Hilliard, OH 43026. Pasato Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1385149, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 09, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at Lot HER 267, Hilliard, OH 43026.
