29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 11581 Begonia, Dr. Lot 1868, Plain City, OH 43064: On or about July 15, 2022, the employer failed to maintain and enforce the safety and health program to ensure that fall protection requirements followed onsite while performing framing work. Luis Pena was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1359068, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 12, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 430 Harness Place, Lot 5255, Marysville, OH 43040.
