29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) Southeast side of structure; One or more methods of fall protection was not in place while an employee performed work from a roof at heights ranging between approximately 10 feet, 11 inches to 17 feet above ground level. C & M Properties and Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1592999, citation number 1, item number 4, group letter a, and was affirmed as a final order on July 11, 2022, with respect to a site located at 1919 Whistling Straits Dr, Altoona, WI 54720.
