29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Maintenance Shop - On or about July 13, 2022, a flexible cord attached to a 10-gallon capacity parts cleaner (Model number TS-904SEC and Serial Number 64018-0187) was not provided with proper strain relief, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Hilcorp Alaska, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(g)(2)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1313336, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at King Salmon Cook Inlet in Nikiski, AK 99635.
