29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about July 12, 2022, in the maintenance shop, the employer did not ensure that employees are protected from slip and fall hazards due to oil on the walking/work surface, food, and beverages containers in the work area. Workplace hygiene is not being enforced in the work area.
