OSH Act of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to respiratory, fire, and explosion hazards. (a) Ranger Energy Services, LLC, Wilson Creek Unit 69, Rig #5545 2500 County Road 9 Meeker, CO 81641: On June 29, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees wore personal air monitoring equipment when working on the rig floor where wet strings of tubing were being pulled from the well.
