29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) Location: a) Supported scaffold on ground level of the jobsite: On or about June 28, 2022, an employee was working on the fa�ade of the building while standing on the first tier platform of a two-tier-high supported scaffold that was not fully planked or decked between front upright and the guardrail supports, and was exposed to falling up to approximately 6 feet to the lower level. WJP Builders Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1),which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1456583, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1105 55th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11219.
