29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a.) On or about June 28, 2022, at the residential construction site in Kissimmee, Florida, employees were installing roof trusses while standing on the top chord of the wood trusses without fall protection and were exposed to a 11- foot fall hazard. CPC Contracting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1510627, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/18/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 102 Beauford Lane, Palm Coast, FL 32164. CPC Contracting, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1584305 , citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/26/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 85 Zephyr Lily Trail, Palm Coast, FL 32164
