29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a) Jobsite located at 913 N 26th St, Philadelphia PA: The employer failed to maintain a safety and health program to address the associated hazards that their employees may be exposed to, such as but not limited to: demolition, fall protection and prevention, identification and control of hazards, training and education, and regular site safety inspections. Condition noted on or about the 6-month period of Dec. 22, 2021 - June 22, 2022. RLC Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1561543, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5-23-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3729-31 Lancaster Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. RLC Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1440532, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5-15-2020 with respect to a workplace located at 625 W Girard Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
