29 CFR 1910.145(e)(2): The wording of signs was not easily read and concise: a) Job Site - An employee operated a Dixie Chopper XCaliber 3674D zero-turn lawnmower and the manufacturer's safety instruction decals posted on the machine were torn with sections of information missing, on or about May 12, 2022. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
