29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employee(s) were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: At the Trenching and Excavation site located in the 300 block of E. Ford St, in Valley Center, Sedgwick County, KS, employee(s) engaged in trenching and excavation activities were exposed to struck by and falling objects in that employee(s) were not wearing hard hats while working inside a trench and in close proximity to excavation equipment while working on a the benched portion of a trench. Dutton Construction & Plumbing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1437859, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12-10-21, with respect to a workplace located at 8110 -8112 E. 34th Ct.
