29 CFR 1910.180(d)(5)(ii): A crane which was idle for a period of six months was not given a complete inspection conforming with requirements of paragraphs (d) (3) and (4) of this section and paragraph (g)(2)(ii) of this section before placing in service: On or about June 7, 2022, at the Grain Bin Area, employees utilized Manitex truck mounted crane (Model: 40100S, Serial: 153968) to perform servicing activities such as but not limited to replacing a pipe on the grain bin. The employer did not conduct a complete inspection when the crane was previously idle for more than six months.
