29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit is not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit". a) The employer fails to ensure emergency exits are marked by signage that reads "Exit" on or about June 3, 2022, in the back stockroom, where employees move, work and retrieve stock. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that emergency exits are marked with signage. Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1550619, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/18/22, with respect to a workplace located at 2381 Dawes Rd Mobile, AL 36695.
