29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative with the records within four business hours. (a)USPS P&DC location in Portland, OR: On or about May 31st, 2022 the employer failed to provide copies of the injury and illness records to an authorized representative. An employer may use the business hours of the establishment at which the records are located when calculating the deadline. The US Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1904.40(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1304573, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-02-2018, with respect to a workplace located at 180-66 Liberty Avenue, JAMAICA, NY 11433 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
