29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards when conducting roofing operations on a residential structure. This was most recently documented on or about May 23, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 4513 S 215 Ave, Elkhorn Nebraska. The exposed employees were working on the roof of the residential structure at heights over 6 feet and not utilizing any form of fall protection. Francisco Esquivel was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1526766, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 10318 S. 188th St., Gretna, NE 68028.
