29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 13 Foundry Boulevard, Mount Holly NJ - Two workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 22 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose walking and working surface was not supplied with a screen running its full length and it was missing an end stop on one of its ends. Condition observed on or about 05/23/22. Connected General Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a Willful violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1566367, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/11/22, with respect to a workplace located at 75 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
