29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer shall ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator is fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) is used, and at least annually thereafter. a)188 W Forest Ave, Englewood, NJ: Employees are provided with and required to wear full face elastomeric respirators to control inhalation hazards while painting automotive vehicles and parts. The employer did not ensure that employees provided with and required to wear a tight-fitting facepiece respirator at the worksite pass an appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT), on or about May 19, 2022. b) 188 W Forest Ave, Englewood, NJ: Employees are provided with and required to wear half face elastomeric respirators to control inhalation hazards while painting automotive vehicles and parts. The employer did not ensure that employees provided with and required to wear a tight-fitting facepiece respirator at the worksite pass an appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT), on or about May 19, 2022. c)188 W Forest Ave, Englewood, NJ: Employees voluntarily wear N95 respirators to control dust hazards while painting automotive vehicles and parts.
