The employer did not ensure that employees provided with and required to wear a tight-fitting facepiece respirator at the worksite pass an appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT), on or about May 19, 2022. b) 188 W Forest Ave, Englewood, NJ: Employees are provided with and required to wear half face elastomeric respirators to control inhalation hazards while painting automotive vehicles and parts.
