29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": (a) The employer fails to ensure effective measures to prevent fire hazards as demonstrated on or about May 19, 2022, the doors leading from the sales floor to the back storage room did not have an Exit sign. To abate this hazard, the employer must install an Exit sign. DOLGENCORP, LLC., was previously cited for an other-than-serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1550619, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/18/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2381 Dawes Road Store 6556, Mobile, AL 36695.
