At the Main Facility, the employer did not record a workplace injury or illness on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent for the calendar year 2022 whereby an employee was in a traffic accident on May 11, 2022 on a rural mail carrier route during normal duty hours and was transported via emergency medical services to the nearest hospital.
