29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1)(i):The employer did not assure that no employee services any single piece rim wheel unless the employee has been trained and instructed in the correct and safe operating procedures described in 29 CFR 1910.177(g) for servicing (a) On or about May 3, 2022, at or near 1400 Skyline Boulevard in Bismarck, North Dakota, for the employee exposed to struck-by injuries from the explosive separation of the tire on a single piece rim wheel while inflating the tire in the trajectory zone.
