29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals: On or about May 9, 2022 7200 at Gordon Foods located in Houston, TX, where employees are required to wear Draeger 7000 full face filtering respirators when conducting maintenance activities on anhydrous ammonia equipment were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals.
