29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a.) Gasbarre Products, Inc.; on or about 5/5/2022 and at times prior thereto, Bay 2 North side press brake area- One class ABC fire extinguisher was not mounted to the wall and was sitting on top of a welder behind the Cincinnati 600 H press brake. b.) Gasbarre Products, Inc.; on or about 5/5/2022 and at times prior thereto, Bay 2 North side press brake area- One class ABC fire extinguisher was blocked by a welder and compressed gas cylinder behind the Cincinnati 600 H press brake.
