Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a) Perez Commercial Construction LLC, at the jobsite located at 5220 Riggins Run, Dublin, Ohio 43016: On and/or preceding May 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was utilized by employees engaged in framing activities to a residential apartment complex, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards greater than 30 feet.
