29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i):Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located within 8 feet of the floor had live parts exposed to employee contact. a. Outside Receiving Office Door - On or about May 11, 2022, two electrical receptacles were located on the lower wall of the receiving office. One of the receptacles did not have a faceplate and one of the receptacles had a broken faceplate with part of the faceplate missing. Employees were exposed to an electrical hazard.
