29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) Jobsite located at - 330 Carson St., Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not initiate a program to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, to identify hazards and/or stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition. As such, the workers were performing framing and other related work at the jobsite without the use of fall protection, personal protective equipment, and improperly using ladders. Observed on or about April 21, 2022. The Max Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1497468, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 22, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 60 Bridge Boulevard, Block 700.06, Lot 16, EASTAMPTON, NJ 08060
