1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. On or about April 20, 2022, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 1420 N. Main ST, Canton, Ohio 44720; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a commercial facility were protected from a fall of approximately 14.5 feet by utilizing a fall protection system. Peach State Roofing, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(10) duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1254031, citation number 02, item number 01and was affirmed as a final order on (7/12/2019), with respect to a workplace located at 5701 MacCorkle Avenue SE, CHARLESTON, WV 25304 Peach State Roofing, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(10) duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1276188, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (3/16/18), with respect to a workplace located at 1300 Brown Bridge Rd, Gainesville, GA, 30501 Peach State Roofing, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(1) duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522098, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (6/4/2021), with respect to a workplace located at 1251 Airport Rd, Allentown, PA, 18109
