29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) Marcos Morquecho, located at Lot 15 Ridgetop Lane, Dublin, OH 43017: On or about April 20, 2022, the employer did not develop and maintain an effective safety and health program to ensure that hazards were identified and corrected onsite while employees performed framing work. Marcos Morquecho was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1447136, citation number 1, item number 1/a, and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 3068 Avalon Road, Upper Arlington, OH 43221.
