29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four hours: a. 1200 County Rd 523, Flemington, NJ - Warehouse The employer did not report within 24 hours an employee hospitalization. An employee, operating a Crown order picker was injured on April 11, 2022 and the employee did not report the hospitalization until April 18, 2022 Violation occurred on or about April 18, 2022
