29 CFR 1926.1060(a):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. On or about 04/02/2022, at the jobsite located at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue, located at 3200 North Military Trail #3100 in West Palm Beach, Florida, the employer did not provide ladder training for employees using an 8-foot fiberglass A-frame ladder while removing screws from light ballast fixture.
