29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970: a) 901 N. Market St., Wilmington, DE 19801 (both stairwells on each level): On or about and days prior to March 31, 2022, the employer did not provide a properly maintained and periodically inspected fire extinguisher at the site where employees were required to use spark producing equipment upon inspection by CSHO at the site it was determined that the fire extinguishers(s) were not inspected periodically in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, NFPA No. 10A-1970.
