29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970 a) 620 A Street, Wilmington, DE 19801(East Bound Lane): On or about January 13, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that portable fire extinguishers located on construction vehicles were periodically inspected and available for use. The employee did not have a system in place for documenting the inspections as required.
