29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about March 17, 2022, in the warehouse, exit routes were blocked and obstructed as follows: b. the row close to the exit door to the back of the facility was blocked with merchandize in cardboard and two black dining chairs. c. the exit door to the back of the facility from the warehouse was blocked by a metal strap that could cause trip hazard.
