29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about July 26, 2022, at approximately 7:30am, an employee suffered an injury that resulted in the amputation of the right index finger. The amputation was not reported within 24 hours to the local Area Offices of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
