29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about January 8, 2022, at a jobsite located at 12320 Calm Pointe Court, Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34953. Employees were exposed to a 25-foot fall hazard while nailing plywood onto trusses without fall protection.
