29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: a) a) In the warehouse, located at 200 Expansion Blvd., Port Wentworth, GA 31407, on or about February 17, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to crushing and struck-by hazards, in that employees were permitted to operate powered industrial trucks within areas where pedestrian traffic was permitted. PGS USA, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1353615, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 359 Pike Court, La Porte, TX 77571.
