29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7):Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: On or about February 17, 2022, at MSC Walbridge Coatings Inc. within the facility located at 30610 E. Broadway Walbridge OH 43465, The employer did not ensure that employees completed daily examinations of the Hyster propane powered forklift (Unit #859. S/N C187V14986S), and other forklifts within the facility, before operating this equipment, exposing employees to potential for struck by hazards.
