29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: FIRING ROOMS: On or about February 22, 2022, employees who were required to wear tight-fitting respirators while test firing guns were not provided with annual fit testing. Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing, Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1342306, citation number 1, item number 3c and was affirmed as a final order on January 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Burritt Street, New Britain, CT.
