29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 2 Morley Drive, Building A, Medford NJ - Two workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 18 feet 8 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and had an unsecured screen that ran the full length of the scaffold's active walking and working surface. Condition observed on or about 02/10/22.
