29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: (a) On or about January 27, 2022, and at times prior, in the welding bay located at 103 Summers Street NW, Devils Lake, North Dakota for the employee who was hospitalized due to burn injuries sustained on January 27, 2022 at approximately 2:30 PM, the employer did not report the hospitalization to OSHA until 4:45 PM on January 31,2022.
