29 CFR 1910.1020(g)(1)(iii): Employees were not informed upon first entering into employment and/or at least annually thereafter of their right to access their medical and/or exposure records: a) KVK Tech - On or about February 1, 2022, the employer maintained employee medical records, however employees were never notified of their right to access these records in accordance with this section. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
