29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a) New townhome construction located on Lots #96-104 Atley Place, Alpharetta, GA 30009, Unit #102 Roof: On or about 01/31/2022, the employer exposed an employee to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic framing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while engaged in plywood sheathing installation activities operating these tools at 150 PSI. 3 Hermanos Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1531751, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/02/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Halcyon Subdivision, 6455 Halcyon Garden Drive Building #20, Alpharetta, GA 30004.
